RETURNS POLICY
At Sol de Ibiza, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, we have a return policy designed to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from soldeibiza.com. If you made your purchase through a third-party reseller or distributor, please refer to their specific return policy.
Timeframe for Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Any requests made outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please do not return your parcel without first contacting us and receiving our Return Authorization.
Product Condition:
To ensure a smooth return process, we want to clarify our policy regarding the condition of returned items. We offer a 100% refund only if the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. We will not accept returns of items that have been altered or damaged. Please ensure your item is in perfect condition for a successful return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care team at info@soldeibiza.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is mandatory to process your return.
- Once you have received the RAN, securely package the product(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your original purchase receipt, and place the return label on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care team. Ensure that the RAN is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Important: We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred during the return process.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Returns of COSMOS certified products must be communicated directly to the corresponding organization.
