RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your Sol De Ibiza, you can return with our 30 days return policy.
We accept items that are purchased directly from soldeibiza.com.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, there for we suggest you use a tracked delivery method. The return will be accepted only if delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from the day you received your Sol De Ibiza.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any claim or return of a COSMOS certified product will be communicated to the organization.
